Why is my buttons stay pressed when they are phisically not

[Windows Server]

When i press ctrl+ 2 other buttons (like w and space for jumping and moving in games) theres a sound like i pull an usb out and these keys (like ctrl w space) they stay pressed, when they are not pressed down phisicallyI disabled sticky buttons and everything like that, and it still problem still occours How can i fix this?
