Why is my built-in webcam not working at all?

My webcam is built in to my device. This is what I get when I go to the camera settings screen. I tried clicking "search for cameras", and I still get "no cameras found"Camera is missing from "device manager" app too.My PC is acting like my webcam is not installed on it. What's the problem?
