Why is my BitLocker key not showing under my Microsoft account?

I recently had my laptop's motherboard replaced and since then I am unable to use my device as its locked with BitLocker. I can see the device listed when I log into my Microsoft account, the serial number matches my device, but there are no BitLocker keys associated with it. No one else has used my laptop and I did the initial setup myself. Can Microsoft send me the BitLocker key with the key ID that I have? The laptop originally came with Windows 10 Pro, now its got Windows 11.
