Why is my audio really bugeged

Whenever I play fortnite, even if I dont have my mic on the audio is really distorted and sometimes I cant even hear anything for a couple of seconds. It only happens when I play fortnite tho. I tried changing the fortnite settings, I disabled all audio enchantments and went into the sony app to prioritize bluetooth connection. I have a sony wh ch520.
