Why is my APEX PRO TKL Doing shortcuts when I type

Hi, So I recently got a Apex Pro TKL and for the past week or so ive been having issues with my keyboard.Where my keyboard will type random letters, then when i type it will do shortcuts for example if I was to click esc it would pull up the windows menu. Now it is affecting other keyboards, Including the windows virtual keyboard where it will hold down Alt gr and the Apex Pro TKL doesn't have a Alt gr button.
