I've tried contacting microsoft numerous times to get help with support, there are no chat features no one to help no emails to contact. This is really frustrating because I am trying to get questions answered and microsoft has eliminated a way to help their customers. What is the purpose of having a company if no one is there to help their customers? At this point, why even be a customer if you can't get your problems resolved. Microsft is doing a disservice to their companies and making a disgrace to their company name.
