Why is microsoft scamming me?

Purchased by accident the upgrade for windows 11 pro (which I do not need in the slightest) while trying to purchase a digital entitlement for windows 11. Every thread or question about digital entitlement on microsoft websites has for answer to buy it from the microsoft store, which is clearly not true if you are doing it with a computer that already has windows 10 or 11, so i don't know who's the genius who designed that.Then, once it's purchased by accident, it appears you cannot ask for a refund, although EVERY thread says to just ask for a refund in the order history, which is clearly als
