Why is it that Microsoft Safety Scanner is showing 3 infections during the scan then when it has completed, it says no viruses were found?

Hello!I noticed something suspicious happening on my computer. Randomly, a black window (I assume it is the command prompt) would suddenly pop up and then exit very quickly. It's like when you blink your eye, that fast. That's why I scan my computer with Microsoft Safety Scanner. It would find 3 infections during the process of the scanning. Then when it has completed, it would show that no viruses were found. This is a bit confusing.How do I fix this infection when MSERT itself cannot and doesn't remove it? Hope someone could help me find the source of that 3 infection.Thank you!
