Why is it so insanely complicated to log onto Microsoft??? It is like Fort Knox trying to get onto Minecraft for my kid...****????

I HATE Microsoft. I spent $30 for my youngest kid to play Minecraft and it is INSANELY complicated to log him into a different Microsoft account than my first kid. On a different computer. But the security is sooooooooooo secure that I can't f'ing do it. Despite multiple attempts with multiple accounts. Is there some person I can talk to before I just ask for a refund for my money??????????
