Why is icloud app on my laptop?

On 12/08/24 icloud app was installed (or updated?) on my laptop (779 MB). I found it via settings->apps->installed apps.It is not visible in installed apps in microsoft store.I had 'icloud for outlook' installed in 2023. Question is: Has the 'icloud app' been installed automatically in December, or do you have to install it manually?Some people had access to my laptop in December. So I have the suspicion, that someone tried to get access to my passwords.Side note: I am 84 years old, and I guess some people think that I' m an easy target.Thank you for all replies.
