Why is Hyper-V causing my laptop to reboot randomly despite having Windows 11 Home thus making Hyper-V unavailable?

My LOQ 15ARP9 gaming laptop is having a reasonably infuriating issue after startup. Typically, within 30 minutes of launch, with no issues, it randomly shuts down and restarts. This is an issue ONLY present while running on battery power, and when plugged in and charging this problem hasn't happened once. I am getting an error with event id 7000, which says that "The l1vhlwf service failed to start due to the following error: A hypervisor feature is not available to the user."
