Why is device manager refreshing constantly?

Im trying to figure out why i cant get audio in halo infinite on windows 10. When i launch the game i hear the start up sounds but then no game music, gunshots, all i hear is voice chat(other people in the game talking). Ive tried uninstalling my sound devices but to no avail. When i go into device manager its constantly refreshing so its very annoying to try to navigate to figure out what the root cause is, ive unplugged every USB device connected to my pc because after looking around that seemed to be a common issue for the device manager refreshing and its still doing it. all my other pc au
