Why is blue screen of death showing when installing windows 11?

I built a new PC and I wanted to install windows 11, but it always go to BSOD. I set the bios to default, and get the same issue. I also change the flash drive and nothing. I tried unplugging what is connected on the USB except the mouse and keyboard and still nothing. I also updated the bios and nothing.Is there a way to fix this?My PC specs are:Intel i7 13700kAsus ROG Z790-A D532GB DDR5 Ram1tb Samsung 990 Pro NVME SSD
