Why is an "Event ID: 28" Error being caused by Enabling IOMMU in BIOS?

The error in question is "Error setting traits on Provider {77811378-e885-4ac2-a580-bc86e4f1bc93}. Error: 0xC0000005". As mentioned in the title, the error is only caused by enabling IOMMU in BIOS settings (Motherboard is Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX). However, I would prefer that IOMMU is left On as without it, Kernel DMA Protection will be turned Off as well as Memory integrity (HVCI) in the Core Isolation settings.I've tried all the customary solutions, including:1) sfc /scannow2) DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth3) winmgmt /resetrepository4) Clea
