Why? I have a processor that supports 24H2 but haven't received the update

Not to long ago, I updated my PC. Now it's telling me I need the newest version of Windows but Microsoft has not supplied me with the new 24H2. I'm using an Snapdragon 8CX Gen3. So, what the heck is going on?
