Why I had a problem to upgrade to windows 10 even though I have the requirments needed???

I writing this because of a problem to upgrade windows 10.One day, I was upgrading win 10 but then some error just appeared and closed the installation. Currently, I'm a user of HP 15 notebook which was from 2013 and also it runs windows 8.1.I have these specs for windows 10:1. CPU: Intel pentium n3540 2.16 ghz (Maximum speed: 2.66 ghz)2. Graphics: Intel HD graphics 40003. Screen resolution: 1336 X 7684. screen size: about 8 or 10 inches (not sure)5. HDD: 500GB6. RAM: 4GBThese are the specs and please make sure to check this and give me a update soon.
