Why I get "Get the newer of Windows" alert while I have Win11 ?

Hello,Greetings,I have an HP laptop purchased in 2018 with Win10, and in 2022 I upgraded it to Win11. But recently I get this alert in the Windows Update page in my laptop:"Get the newer version of Windows to stay up to date" In additiion, recently, Windows forced me to use PIN instead of regular password, and requires me to chane it every may be each month.I don't know if the two subjects are related. But what I concered about is is there a problem in my Windows? Do I have to upgrade to newer version? and How to do it?Thanks and Regards
