why i dont have administrator priveledge its my computer and its brand new?

is it always so difficult to get the support team on the other side...not everyone had the opprtunnity to obtain skills on how to run this computers ,,yes i know i can take trainings but damn give me a break its all so difficult to surf around is this hoe you trear new people coming into the internet world ..it would be nice for a contact support button or some easy for to reach out .. i beeing trying to get some help and now i dont know what to do ive lost the administrator priveledges on my own brand new laptop and who knows where my info end up next.. gosh i dont even know who this msg is
