Why i cant use any admin related works in window 11 even having administrator?

I do have only one account in my laptop , which is administrator . But even having administrator ,I cant use any integrated applications , like device manger, control panel admin settings , ms word , excel , task manger and mch more .Ans whenever i tried to run them , they cant open after sometime a message popup , saying that" specific path does not exist , check your path". And also i dont run any application with RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR , still having admin account . And whenever i try to type some crucial cmd prompt like , "net user /active:yes" , then cmd simply shows "ERROR 5 OCCURED ". I
