Why i can't get internet connection new 5g router even it is pairly?

I have a problem. Yesterday I received a new Huawei 5g router from the service provider and it does not work at all as it should. Okay, it lets you connect phones and other devices but not a PC. I've tried everything and it's been close to doing a clean install on Windows because I don't know what's wrong. However, I did network troubleshooting and it says my computer is set up correctly but (microsoft.com) responds. In the detailed information it says that TotalAV Firewall may block this connection. So it connects with both ethernet cable and wlan, but still there is no internet connect
