Why i cannot sign in my microsoft account and open the desktop?

I recently bought a new laptop lenovo laptop with windows 11. After i opened and finished setting up/ download updates, I reached the lockscreen and says i should sign in. But after i clicked sign it only says just a moment and after 5 seconds the screen will blackout and open again back to the lock screen. What seems to be the problem? Thanks
