Why I am not able to Open Microsoft store it won't open I don't know why

Hi so my my operating system is Windows 11 pro but for quite some time I'm facing so problem to opening Microsoft store and media player of Windows 11 who also known as groove on 18th December 2024 I was normally I open my laptop then I want to watch any movie with groove media player but it was showing me the error saying The app didn't start same goes with Microsoft store it won't open I'm randomly just clicking on icon but there's no showing anything Yes I do everything that can resolve this problem like I repaired from settings both number two I reset it both applications I also try to cle
