Why I am not able to open Microsoft store and media player of Windows 11

I'm facing this problem for quite some time sometimes it disappear on its own when I am playing any video on media player it is showing me error this app doesn't start same goes with Microsoft store these two things are not opening even I repair and reset it when I am repairing it from cmd with Winget repiar it is showing me error code 0x80073d02 in Windows 11 please help me for resolve this issues and yeah I do restart my laptop but it won't work
