Why i am forcibly redirected to Register a Lean Account when i already have an account with this email adress

Hi, i have a Learn account and i currently have multiple certifications. When i try to access any page on Learn, including my certification details i am redirected to a page that says :You're signed in as:d*****@live.comBefore registering with this Microsoft Account, please check if you may have previously registered with a different account.i don't want to be forced to create a new Learn Account and loose my credentials!!!. Can you explain what is happening and how to resolve it.
