Why have a support number just for an Ai to hang up.

I am having a real problem even logging into my computer itself since something has happened to it when I did the msconfig command to use more cores for my CPU on my pc. It can’t even start up it puts me in the blue screen for automatic repair and all types of advanced options and I can not do ANYTHING inside of it because the password that I have I forgot it since I used their authorization key instead and the password I have saved from the past don’t even work anymore so I guess I changed it somehow throughout the years and I am sitting here not being able to do a single damn thing on this c
