Why hasn't Microsoft issued an official Windows 11 Lite edition for low ends or offer it in Windows 12 if there will ever be such a thing?

Why can't Microsoft offer a Windows Lite version in modern Operating Systems you used to just be able to slap an Operating System on your PC from Microsoft and kaboom there it is. Why can't Microsoft update there policy and require a Windows Lite Edition on newer Operating Systems in future generations such as Windows 12 if there ever will be one shouldn't we take a vote on this to protect people's PC don't they get a say in the matter Microsoft?Please don't recommend Tiny11 or unofficial products from Microsoft thanks it's only a question!
