Why has windows become so slow ever since Office became Microsoft Copilot 365? And I mean SLOW!

So my computer runs on Windows 10 Pro. I use it on a Mac with the thanks of the Boot Camp feature. And it's honestly been excellent for work and gaming. But ever since the Office app became Microsoft Copilot 365 my computer started to run AWFULLY slow. Even the New Tab page doesn't load, and it takes 2 WHOLE minutes (I timed it) to load 1 web page. Like what's happening? This has never happened. And every time I start my computer Microsoft Copilot 365 would open automatically and start saying "Setting you up."
