Why don't I see my SSD in files?

I recently got a refurbished Samsung T7 1TB SSD, although the refurbished part may be my issue, I'm not sure since I see it in storage spaces,And when I got to device manager I see it under disk drives, but not under the disk management or in my files? I'm not sure what to do or what the issue may be, I really don't want to return it if it's a simple fix.
