why don't i see an option to upgrade to windows 11?

I used to see an option to upgrade to windows 11 in my settings.I declined it a few times, until I could get an external hard drive, then back up my data.I no longer see that option.Yes, my windows 10 pc is fully qualified to run windows 11.
