Why doesn't update for Win 11 Version 24H2 not appear in update history? It still shows Version 23H2. Having problems with random freezing.

I updated to Windows 11 Version 24H2 and, although it seems to have been installed correctly, it doesn't show up in update history; version 23H2 stills shows as "Feature Update". I'm getting updates for 24H2 such as this one - 2025-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5051987). I don't know if this update situation if related, but recently I've been having problems with Windows at times being slow and freezing for a short period of time. I've done an Checkdisk scan, sfc scan, and DISM scans. The DISM Restore Health scan came back with error 0x800f081f:
