I have a NexiGo HelloCam IR camera running on a Dell XPS 8950 computer on Windows 11 Pro. When I first installed the camera everything worked. Then the Hello access stopped working. Everything else with the camera works. In the Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options/ window under Facial recognition (Windows Hello) it says, "This option is currently unavailable". I always update Windows to the latest updates.I have worked with NexiGo support and have tried all they recommended, even replacing the camera with a new camera. They believe it is an operating system issue and to contact Microsoft.Wh
