Why doesnt my oppo enco air 3 connect to my laptop?

Everytime i connect my Oppo Enco Air 3 to my laptop, i adjust the volume and my whole laptop begins to suddenly restart with the blue screen. I have tried disconnecting my headphones from my iphone and it still didnt work. It used to work before now suddenly it doesnt.
