Why doesn’t my keyboard and mouse in windows start up screen and only work in BIOS?

[Windows 10]

My windows needed an update and so I updated it and after the update and restarting my PC the mouse and keyboard lights weren’t on anymore and I checked it with my other computers and they work fine. This problem only started after I updated it. I tried using my USB hub and it still didn’t work.
