Why does Windows sometimes shut down when I close my laptop?

I have a dual-booted Framework 13 that has Ubuntu and Windows 11. I mainly use Windows for gaming and windows-exclusive software. Every once in a while, when I shut the lid of my laptop for a while or overnight, I will open it to find it powered off. I then have to turn it back on and boot into windows, where all of my tabs and applications are still running. Other times, it will shut down and restart to the boot menu, where it automatically selects Ubuntu since it's at the top of the list and it auto-selects the selected option such that if I don't do anything while it's booting up, it always
