Why does windows always changes my device setting after a restart?

I have this problem with 2 of my devices, my headset and my mouse. When I start my pc, the output device of my sytem audio changes to a different device, which is incapable of making sound. For my mouse: after each restart, the windows sensitvity of my mouse gets reset to the standart value and the windows mouse acceleration tuns on. I always habe to change that. Here is what i tried to solve this problem:Reinstalled software and drivers for mouse and headset.Deactivated all non important audio devices(it always activates again).Tried to seach for corruped files with the commond: DISM.exe /Onl
