Why does Windows 11 suck and crash/freeze my entire computer every time I play games?

It full freezes my screen if I hit the windows key at all and I have to hard reset on my desktop because I can't even move my mouse or click. It's horrible how I upgraded to windows 11 after my new motherboard and its objectively worse than windows 10. I am not purchasing windows 10 so I'm stuck freezing now?
