Why does Windows 11 not take "Remind me Tomorrow" as an answer?

I don't want to install the new "Cumulative update", but Windows 11 keeps pushing me to do it. I want to save storage and optimize my PC, and I don't want to install this. So imagine my surprise after countless days of pressing the "Remind me Tomorrow" button that when I press it, after like a few seconds, the popup will appear again, asking me to pick a time or Update now. I found a way to delay it by a few days, by canceling the pick a time option, but that still keeps it up. I want it to begone.
