Why does Windows 11 have so many problems with Wifi??

I recently for a new laptop, well about 2 months back, and it had Windows 11 installed on it....I swear on my Mother's soul, this operating system is absolute trash, and I have had to reinstall it several times to get almost anything to work right on this travesty that Microscum released onto the public WAY before it was ready. Imean, don't these people do any kind of bewta testing before shoving a new broken version of Windows down their customer's throats??
