Why does Windows 11 Bluetooth not recognize my devices.

My Windows 11 pc will not detect my device. Windows and my drivers are all up to date. I ran the Bluetooth troubleshooter and it said it fixed my problem but it has not. My Bluetooth is working. I can see some devices but not all. They are all using the current BT standards. My two android phones can detect it. My two three Windows 10 computers can detect it, so I know it is discoverable. When I tried to add it to my Windows 11 PC, it showed up for a split second, then it disappeared and shows nothing.
