Why does "Turn my screen off after" only works when set it at 1 minute?

The "Turn my screen off after" only works when I set it at 1 minute. Any other option (2 minutes, 5 minutes, etc.) my screen will not turn off. It is the same for both plugged in or on battery. I am baffled. How do i solve this? I am using Windows 11 Pro.
