Hi experts,Recently (November 2024), I've been experiencing the following issues on my windows 11 pc:"Add Microsoft user account" option not leading to signin page after clicking. It shows a Gray screen appearing with no text in it and then it disappears on its own.None of the MS apps working well-it says unlicensed version (was working fine until mid of November). Additionally some of my folders have disappeared from d drive. These folders are really really important to me.Shutdown option is not working right. After clicking shutdown from start menu, it shows shutting down but returns automat
