Why does some of my services do not start at boot?

So I dont know why but everytime I open my laptop and logged in. Some of the services has not yet started for some reason. Like the internet and bluetooth and audio. When i hover at them in the taskbar the wifi tab is not showing up and the audio says its not installed. And if i open Windows event viewer, it says the event viewer is also not running. And also for process lasso, where its core engine will start from system boot but even after I logged in, its still not loaded. Only after 2-3 mins of waiting will all the services are loaded and go back to normal. But I think the problem maybe ha
