Why does Phone Link, or, Microsoft Phonelink keep launching when I do not use it.

Greetings!I am finding the phonelink sneak up into the taks manager. What task might be triggering it? I do not connect a phone to my computer. Nor is a phone connected to the MSaccount.The consequence of this phonelink app is that it leads me to believe that there is a malware in the system which is causing my account activity to be not secure, by some means I am not able to fathom.Thank you
