Why does Phone Link not sync incoming messages?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23. I used to have complete sync between my phone and Phone Link. I changed the messaging app on the phone. Now, every function in Phone Link works, including using the phone screen on my computer. The only function that does not work is the display of incoming text messages. I have searched everywhere on the Internet but cannot find the right words to resolve this problem. Does anyone have a solution?
