Why does other speaker driver randomly appeared in my Device Manager?

So I have tried to uninstall JBL Charge 5 Stereo in my device manager under Sound, Video and game controllers. However, it re-appeared back in my device manager after I'd restarted my computer. I am having audio crackling issues, that is why I am disabling and uninstalling some drivers.
