Why does my Windows 11 Laptop keep freezing and stuttering?

Hi,As of a year ago, I've noticed an annoying issue with my laptop (Windows 11 OS) whereby the cursor will freeze in place and stutter. This causes every other process on the laptop to stop until the stuttering has stopped.Here's everything I have learned about it so far:> The stuttering has gotten worse over time> I can spam the escape key OR windows key to end the stuttering earlier than if I were to just leave it> If I spam the windows key to escape the stuttering, my laptop takes screenshots and saves them to the screenshot folder, indicating that this is perhaps an issue with the
