Why does my second monitor go black when I launch a program in full screen, while my main monitor remains unaffected?

When I launched a program in full screen on my second monitor, that monitor went black. My main monitor kept working fine, so the issue only happened on the second one when the program switched to full screen.PC SpecsRTX 2060 6GBRyzen 5 3600k16GB of ram
