Why does my PC sometimes show "Boot Device Not Found"?

Device: HP ENVY X360 - 15-Cp0001naOS: Windows 10 Home x64Hello fellow members! I am new to asking on this forum so please mind that I might not use the right terminology but here but here I go!You see, I've recently been trying to fix my dad's PC with a replacement motherboard after the last one spoilt on his holiday due to many power outages.
