Why does my PC keeps on restarting?

One time, one of my laptop needs to send for repair since it always kepps on restarting. The PC said is kernal power problem while the technician said its bcs of Adobe Distiller. Now my pc keeps on restarting when charging is on but the first time it restarted, it gives a BSOD.
