Why does my PC keep installing and reinstalling the Update for Windows Security platform - KB5007651 (Version 10.0.27703.1006)

I have recently found out that i have been installing the same update for the past couple of days. Every time i check for updates it tries to install the Update for Windows Security platform - KB5007651 (Version 10.0.27703.1006) it finishes and then i would click on check for updates again and it will try to install the same update.
